Pricing
Toy Anxiety is not responsible for pricing errors on our website. We will always contact a customer prior to shipping to inform them if there has been an error in pricing. Bottom line is this: with thousands of products to manage, there are times where something strange will pop up for 2 cents or even a negative price. We will ALWAYS contact you with the real price before shipping.
Pre-Order Products
Some items on our site are listed as pre-order. These are items that we are due to receive from the manufacturer in the near future. By placing a pre-order you are agreeing with these pre-order conditions. All pre-orders are to be paid in full at the time the order is placed. Please Do Not order pre-order products with other pre-orders or in stock products. If this happens, the pre-orders will be cancelled and you will be asked to re-order them separately. This is due to shipping, which is not covered if the items cannot be shipped at the same time. Product photo is usually of a pre-production prototype. Final product may differ slightly in color and or content. Product estimated ship date is from the manufacturer. Some products will miss their estimated ship date due to manufacturer delays. Toy Anxiety is not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer. We ship them as soon as we get them. There will also be times where the manufacturer ships them in "waves". Pre-orders from Toy Anxiety are shipped in the order that they were received.
